What is Stavent?

Stavent is a Discord-first support platform that combines ticketing, moderation, audit logs, analytics, and automations into one operator dashboard. The goal is to keep your team's workflow in Discord while still offering the controls you'd expect from a modern support desk.

Stavent is in early access and was formerly called Supportcord. This documentation covers core concepts and recommended workflows; some modules may ship progressively as the product evolves.

A group of agents (roles) who can own and resolve tickets.
